Families with multiple swimmers
receive a discount off of the practice group fees(2 swimmers=5%, 3
swimmers=10%, 4+ swimmers=15%).
New swimmers to UASC will
need to pay the UASC Admin fee, USA registration fee and COSA
fee
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Please complete the on-line registration process and the following
forms for registration with the club:
• Athlete Participation Form
• Medical Release
• Parent Code of Conduct
• Swim Meet/Volunteer Agreement
(Does not apply to pre-competitive swimmers)
• Check for registration fees payable to UASC
